Community Spread of Omicron - Note This

INDIAN without travel history detected with Omicron variant. 3 primary contacts and 2 secondary contacts are also PCR positive. Likely that they will also turn out to have Omicron variant. Omicron has been here for a while and has been spreading undetected.

Flights shutdown etc is fine but the enemy is already here in the community. Probably been there for a month. Wear mask. Stay indoors others than to earn livelihood. Dont mess this up India more

Here are all the details of the two patients provided by Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike: Patient 1 Age: 66 years/ Male Date of sample collection: November 20, 2021 Place of sample collection: Airport Report: Positive Date of Travel: 20/11/2021 From: South Africa (Via Dubai) Vaccination status: Vaccinated with 2 doses He travelled from South Africa on November 20 with a negative report and was screened and tested at KIA Bangalore. Upon his arrival, he checked into a hotel and the test reports were positive. The UPHC doctor visited the hotel for physical triage and found him asymptomatic. He was advised to self-isolate at the hotel. On November 22, his test samples were collected and sent for genomic sequencing. He took a self-investigation at a private lab the next day and the report was negative. There were 24 primary contacts all are asymptomatic, tested and all reported negative. UPHC team collected samples of 240 secondary contacts and all tested negative. He checked out of the hotel on November 27 and took a cab to the airport and took a flight to Dubai. Patient 2 Age: 46 years / male Date of sample collection: November 22 Place of sample collection: Hospital Report: Positive He developed symptoms of fever and body ache underwent RT-PCR test. His samples were sent for genomic sequencing. He stayed under home quarantine and later got admitted to a hospital. After taking 3 days of treatment he was discharged on November 27. Among 13 primary contacts, three have tested positive for Covid. Two secondary contacts have also tested positive. All of them are under isolation

WHO has declared that there is No Mortality due to this variant and Morbidity is as bad as common cold/flu/influenza/seasonal fever. Vaccination helps Vitamin C helps to recover quickly.Natural sources of This Vitamin are All Fruits and Vegetables..this vitamin gets deactivated at 100 degreeF..Don't depend upon vitamin C tablets. All Viral Diseases are Self Limiting & There is No Specific Medicine for thousands of viruses known/unknown to us Lockdown or Fear Psychosis is not the answer. Stay Positive, Hygeinic,Avoid Overcrowding and Keep Moving.... more  
The Country Should kept Under lock down permantatly for the writers fulfilling wish & every body should sit in home. Govt. should Provide All things like rent , water , power , food , milk etc. to every citizens till date that it removes virus from their mind. Just making time pass by writing on social media jokes. more

Schools should run with 50% Capacity even in Shifts. Online Classes too must be implemented. Livelihood also to continue. Foreign Flights Shall be restricted as in the past. more
