Company AGM
On the name of Corona all limited companies keep only virtual AGM which no member ever reads and is interested since it is difficult to attend this AGM sitting in front of mobile or computer. The companies don't send even hard copies of Annual report on the name of digitalisation thereby saving huge money. In this regard it will be better if AGM not held at all rather than fooling members. Companies can directly give dividends by depositing in respective accounts. Companies registrar's issue entitled right issue shared when applied by members through R-WAP. No one take action on these registrar's. more

Many companies ask your preference about Annual Reports whether we want printed copy or only an ecopy. Similarly, I think we have to learn newer techniques. We have to realise that attending meetings generally and now particularly with this pandemic, we need to learn to attend virtual meetings. I am sure, that a bit of positive thinking that age is only a number should do the trick. Also, it is scientifically documented that learning newer techniques improves brain functioning. If you want to ask questions in AGM, then better to send by email questions. This will form a record also in the AGM. more
