The structure of the Form and the way to fill up took quite a bit of time. Added to this, once the form is filled up , it needs to be uploaded on the same day. Plus Companies must be absolutely compliant in MCA like filing all required documents on time before 22 A is filed. From this angle it will be good if due date is extended. more
