Compensation for damages due to strikes ( बंद)
So many strikes by different organisation are being enforced and lot of damages are resulted due to it . Business owners , shop keeper have to face losses unwillingly . If needed Strike can be held , but destructive strike is harmful and illegal . So those who called the strike has to give compensation for damages occurred . The destructive elements should be identified through Cctv footages , mobile shooting and should be penalized by law . The present condition in India is not representing healthy environment . Are you agree ? more

These kind of acts have crossed all limits and the government should now come forward to firmly act against those elements found guilty of destroying public and other property on any pretext. The liberties to individuals proposed in our Constitution are being misused by the opportunists and the anti-socials under the umbrella of the selfish politicians and making common men's life hell. Time has come now to put a full stop to all such anti-social activities of a section of people, which are very few in number and could easily be handled to show them the right path with joint efforts of the society along with the government's active support. more

The rule is that any agitating party before undertaking a road show of their agitation, strike, or flag march, they have got to give sufficient notice to the Police of the locality for permission to take out procession. It is at this stage that the Police takes an undertaking that in the even of any harm or damage done to the public property (i.e. government assets) or private property, the organisors will be held responsible for which the Police may take a deposit of certain minimum amount from the organisors. more

Damage of public & private property is in any case a right as well as duty of the citizens & the government. Damaging properties in the excuse of protests or marches is criminal. All the parties & such people should be made to compensate for the damages. There are enough ways of peaceful marches. I wonder where are such elements when there is a crime in the society? more

Though many times there have been bitter loss to public , govt. and private properties, Judiciary Legislatures and Executives also have been ignoring in this issues .
Many incidents have been even evidenced with Deaths of innocent too . There is absolute need for realization by all the Constitutional Bodies/ Pillars . more

Damage of public property and average loss incurred to businessmen should be assessed and compensation should be imposed on striking organization holding strike or bandh . If this is successfully imposed strikes & bandh will minimise and only PEACEFUL strikes will prevail causing ZERO losses. more

Sir In my view, this will be end of democratic process as the ruling party will create damages to kill the protest. Ruling party is more responsible and hence have to share equally. more
