Complaint against Eureka Forbes Ltd.

I have given my Vacuum Cleaner for repair on 7.1.2014 to service station but I have not been able to get my machine repaired.
I have visited and called up the authorized service center personally many times just to get my Vacuum Cleaner repaired (Hari Om Service , 6/30, Top Floor, Sector-6, Vaishali,Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Prop. Mrs. Nisha Kumari).They are not able to fix it for some reason.
I am calling their call center (011-39883333)since 17.1.2014 but my complaint has so far not being redressed. I wonder how Eureka Forbes can continue selling their products if customer has to face such problems for after sales services. more

Mouthshut has never worked for me. Also I recently found out that they engage is extortion with companies where they charge companies and let them remove complaints from the site. There has got to be a better way that is fair to both consumer and the company. more

Dear Mr. Sandeep Chadha, I have a suggestion that usually in such cases, please send them a written complaint with a copy to the company and send to both by speed post. It is agreed that approach to consumer forum is not a solution for every complaint to be taken up at that level. If you send a written complaint to the company, it works. more
