Complaint and Worst Service of Agarwal packers and movers( DRS group)

Dear sir, i shipped my bike from meerut to gandhinagar on 4th feb 2016. They said it will take 7 to 8 days. But today i spoke to him they said still in up boader. Meerut branch manager saying your bike in jaipur after 8days, but APM Head office said is still in up boader, and i checked with mr sudhir in up boader he said yesterday we received your bike and today 11th feb we will dicpacthed to gandhinagar, there is a diffrent communication from all the side,

This is a bad experiance i faced 2nd time. Apm is renowed name after that they give this type of services, pleaee help me to resolve the issue,

And i requestall of you never go with APM(DRS group). They are a lier and always give bad committment.

they are worst. i recieved my HHGoods after 15 days delay. and still struggling to get damage claims. more

Saurabji, sorry for the trouble you've faced, but our family got wonderful service from them -- not once but twice, within a year during our transfer from Delhi to Mumbai and back in 2005.Agarwal Packers and Movers are not our Sambandhis or In-Laws!! more
