In India law is their but implimentation of law is missing procedure of filing complaints is complex IVRS system (Where the complaints are done over phone) in confusing need more simple systems and persons on backhand should be mere trained sometime they even do not read the complaint and just forward it and give status that your complaint is resolved without having feedback from complainant more

1.Forget the complaints, even feedback is not expected to be accepted by the management/govt. 2. In some sites it is difficult to find out customer care. If found, they talk like a parrot without any useful information. BSNL do not have option to give complaint either on website or with 24hours call center. They politely advise us to go to BSNL office. I tried to give complaint regarding non payment of my deposit amount after surrendering the landline. they accept complaints only for faulty lines. 3. Every company or office must have complaint/feed back (working)option on homepage only. We expect the common man to do online transactions but we do not provide facility to give complaint/feedback online with many of the companies. more

It is almost all the sites. Even the Supreme Court Directives since 2015 to upload FIR differed. more

Have made several logical complaints on BBMP's Sayaya.com site. Many of them have been given long term status. Many have been marked resolved and closed without even the problems having being fixed. more

Why should anybody in the government work? They are very much sure that in the next pay commission their salary will be sky rocketed. For the public they have no option but to pray to them. Many state governments are reeling under the pressure of pension payments. Time for the government to think differently. Considering the digital India initiative government can very much implement a system of transparency where all complaints must be online and that the authorities must settle it online to the satisfaction of the complainant. Unresolved issues shall act as a disincentive that will have adverse impact on their take home pay. Further government employees caught on bribe will not only be dismissed from the services but will be put in jail for 7 years. more
