Complaints Procedure to Stop Spam Calls
I am absolutely fed up of the daily spam calls that I am receiving. I am getting many such calls on a daily basis. I am not sure how these scam companies have got hold of my Mobile Number. Is anyone aware of the complaints procedure to stop these spam calls? I've already activated DND on my Mobile Number, but, I still get these spam calls. Looking forward to your help and guidance with this please. Thank you. more

I think this has become a real nuisance, specially to Senior Citizens. Even after saying no, they continue. This is really pain in the neck. Govt should do some thing to stop this type of Haressment and and severely punish the culprit. Many a times comes when you are relaxing in afternoon. more

Everyone are usually getting such unwanted calls. Most of the companies are creating data base from various sources, when we are knowingly or unknowingly giving our mobile numbers. When we go for any inquiry, the shop or company usually collect our mobile number and re-use them with other outlets. more

Install "TRUE CALLER", a chinese application, I think it is not in the banned list. You will get spam alert in red background when you get a spam call, this also allows to block calls from those numbers. more

I fully agree with Mr. Suhail. I too keep getting these nuisance calls most of them Bajaj Finance. I have complained several times to TRAI via email. But they do not bother. This is the sad state of affairs and TRAI only make tall claims in the name of DND. I suggest you can try sending an email to TRAI more
