Sir,
The Central Provident Fund Commissioner vide order dated 03.03.2017 had introduced Composite Claim Form for Death case by replacing erstwhile claim Form Nos. 20, 10-D and 5-IF with a view to simplify the submission of claim forms by the subscribers.
2. Based on various suggestions, the Composite Claim Form for Death cases has been reviewed and accordingly a revised Composite Claim Form for death cases, approved by CPFC, is attached herewith. This claim form shall come into force from the date of issue of this circular.

Great; EPFO is simplifying dif.Forms for easy operation. However, some of the imp.Forms are not easily available & those who needs them have to spent lot of time to search for them; for the reason; Old forms are not removed. EPFO should remove old form from Portal and upload this form which is very neccesary atlest befor launching these type of changes or on the same date when they do such changes. more

I think its not possible if member die than how they can submit online. Need to attest by Emplyer and submit other proofs. more
