compulsory primary education up to 8th std.

Close all private primary schools and spend maximum budget to bring government scholling standard at par with the best and ensure uniformity across the country. Make schools accountable for illiteracy among children in two K.M.s area. Instead of talking about child labor non-sense provide for evening/night schools. Every two K.M. periphery must have an accountable primary school. Spend complete budget for such schools at least for two years.
High school curriculum should be made occupation-oriented rather than vanilla course for all as prevailing today. Can you solve 9th std. Maths problems from today's syllabus then how do we expect 85% students who don't take up science as career solve them? Why to compel them to exert stress for the sake of 15% among them? Spare their parents spend their huge money for private schools and tuition classes. I'm afraid Namo himself is not a science grad! more

I agree with the need to educate. But I dont think dictatorship is the way more
Present practice of giving 10 lakh bond for PG in govt. medical colleges is anti-poor. In steadit would be sufficient to give a bank guarantee or better still to withhold cerificate and marks-sheet until the incumbant completes his govt. Service as stipulated. This must be universal and no escape by giving any amount of money or kind should give any relief. We don't need money - we need only service to national objectives in return of tax payers' money ingested in their higher education. And why medical only? This should apply to engineering , IIMs and IITs and the like lines where huge money of government are infused for their education. more
8th std govt. Board exam compulsory for right to vote. more
No primary teacher or their spouse should take up any part-time agency of any business so they devote absolute time for the pupils assigned to them. more
