confusion in parliament

Even the speaker asks for the reason in the both the houses, opposite parties ask for bondh. in spite of giving the reason by the parties, rajya sabha was adjourned and In lok sabha though the ministers were ready to hear the problem, no one speaks about the problem..

On monday 08/12, again the issue of V.K.singh who said that "If someone throws stone on dogs, government is not answerable". This comparison was made by the minister for the situation where 2 dalit families have some internal problems, and 2 children died. Whether the statement of the V.K. singh is right according to the constitution??

The congress blames V.K.singh and what solution they actually expect in the winter session for this issue??? This details are gathered from news and internet if any thing wrong has been given in this post please inform me so that I will not rely on that website or news channel. more

Now a days , Crimes and Criminal incidents including the loot of Public Small Savings amidst the carried contamination and adulteration in all public utilities while there have had been no Earning Facilities in the Country in all the States though the Governments had taken over the properties etc., in realization of some articles of the Constitution particularly to address in the people of all parts of the Country have had been mislead , naturally all the connected incidents are absolutely pertaining to the failure of the Policing and the Law & Order . The Country's Top most organ purposed to legislate to the requirement of the public where the absolutely responsible Government parted , there shall be the requisite Legislation to address / redress the public and national issues continuously opt and utilize their time on the Actions that are entirely and absolutely taken by the Indian Police and the respective State Governments are still even after 68 years of political Governments , IT IS REALLY SUCH THAT THE COMMON MAN GET MAD of the System . This is why , as Sri Dr. Ambedkar specially and particularly staged in the Indian Parliament that whenever the Political Democracy neglects the Directives to address , People will exercise their Vote on the type of Governance lead to them HAD BECAME ABSOLUTELY TRUE THROUGH THE 2014 GENERAL ELECTIONS TO THE INDIAN PARLIAMENT . This is the issue to be derived on this democratic concept staged by Sri Dr. Ambedkar even now . more
EC should advertise how to call the MPs back and arrange reelection. we do not send representatives to Loksabha to make halla gulla. All the bills should be put to vote, at the end of the day. Marshalls should throw out the miscreants out of parliament. Speaker should use Yellow and Red card. all the seats should be equipped with phablets. MP should use seat belt. opening the belt, MP will only go out of the Loksabha. if sufficient number of presence is not there, there should be reelection. many MPs take nap.....they should be sent off. there should be a minimum qualification and experince for MPs. there should be corporate culture in Parl.......collegium system kills all. for Rajyasabha members also , there should be election with qualification and exp. and Rajya sabha should not have any political party colours. more
Whatever may be the proportion, the basic question is, who stoned whom and what is the comparison. The term 'Dalit' has become a source of exploitation instead of addressing the problem and taking remedial measures treating Dalits and non Dalits basically as human beings. more
The trial court observed that Singh's remarks were "twisted", "blown out of proportion" and quoted "out of context" to give it a "different hue". "Merely because the victims belonged to a particular community (scheduled caste, as mentioned in the complaint), such a comment made cannot be taken out of context and blown out of proportion to mean that Singh intended to call the victims 'dogs'," the court said. The court held that no criminal offence is "ex-facie" made out against Singh, adding, there is no reason to believe that Singh wanted to demean any caste or creed. "A single word cannot be read in isolation and a different hue be given to it by twisting and reading it selectively and by associating it to a particular caste. Statement has to be read in whole and when done so, it doesn't sound derogatory or intend to degrade anyone or spread hatred in the society among different castes," metropolitan magistrate Muneesh Garg said. more
