It is shame on congress which is surrendered to JDS even though it had double the strength than the JDs.This novel idea of senior congress leaders is just to appease their little master (Rahul) will pay a heavy price in future.That it is why now ministry formation also wants JDs in it's way.If they allow Kumarasamy for five years then congress will vanish like in UP,Bihar and other northern states.Key portfolios like Finance, Home are very important to be boss in the cabinet. Every one knows how Kumarasamy cheated Yeddurappa after his 20 months tenure as CM. His betrayal only costed the party very next election. Now the congress has given rebirth to Kumarasamy and not the people mandate. It looks congress has taken suicidal decision on govt.formation.
The Governor would have suspended assembly once the election result were as no party had majority,after 3 or 4 months be reviewed the situation on govt. formation. more

It doesn't make much difference to congress party. Now they have voluntarily opted for B team of JDS. In future they would explore the possibility of becoming actual B team of JDS. more

Kumaraswamy would have been the Dy CM for a full 5-year term, if he had formed the govt with BJP. Now as CM, he will not even last the next 5 months. There will be enough of internal bikerings and fightings between JDS and Cong. Development of the state will be forgotten completely. After this govt falls (which has a 90% possibility), Kumaraswamy may come back to BJP seeking help to form the govt. more

Surrendering to JDS after having double the number of JDS seats, is not the only shame for Congress. During election campaign, Congress described JDS as Team B of BJP and wanted Shri Deve Gowda to prove his secular credentials. Deve Gowda got angry and warned Rahul Gandhi to mind his words. After this, Congress has become Team B of JD(S) . Is this not a big shame for Congress and it is equally a shame for JD(S) also . Now Kumaraswamy says he is at the mercy of Congress . Had he supported BJP ,that would not have been a big shame than this . We call this a democratic act of Congress and BJP. more

It is all politics. BJP and Modi play the same game. What you say before election is not what is followed. Politics find strange bed fellows, BJP joining Shivsena, Mufti Mohamed in Kashmir, and so on.
Who runs the govt? We don’t know. Who runs after votes, we know. This is Politics in India and all over the world.

The other one indulges in scam after scam. Get votes, get elected, grab the power, make money fast, demand VIP treatment and screw the public more

Congress party treated Mr. Deve Gowda as unsecular and subsequently joined him to become unsecular. Now both congress and JDS are unsecular. Now there is no A or B team. Both are unsecular. They can not go to Temples, Churches, Mosques, Pagodas, Gurudwaras etc. more

What BJP governor under instructions from the center did was totally unethical. In Goa BJP was not the leading winner, yet Congress the leading seat getter was not invited to Form the govt. But when it came to Karnataka he invited BJP to Form the givt. Congress did what they could to prevent BJP from usurping the throne. The 2019 general election will be the acid test. I am of the opinion that BJP will win the majority. but it will not be a resounding one like the last one. Politicians play games on the fate of the public , regardless of the party in power. It is always what is best for me and my party to grab power. The promise a lot and deliver less and the worst part is they know they can not deliver what they promised. They lure and trap people to vote for them. more

Yes. The congress party did what they could do. They became B team of JDS even though Mr. Siddaramaiaha was shouting that JDS was B team of BJP. I hope in the state election congress would become actual B team of JDS. more

Congress had already given unconditional support to JDS. So the JDS is authorized to put the conditions and the congress party has to accept. Congress has already agreed to become B team of JDS. more
