Consider Voluntary Retirement for Central Government Employees
Under the changed circumstances, many may find it difficult or facing action against in certain cases. the govt should have option for them to quit.it is a good idea & some should retire on their own. more

we need discipline for good life and well social climate. these will give new growth and give good society. These all is not there. So this is time that require for President Rule there. more

we have two options - 1. allow the evil to run away with the loot; 2. fight with the evil and waste our limited resources. I think it is advisable to save our limited resources and use for productive purposes. more

I donot agree with the VRS due to disciplinary action. No body should be left free and untouched if found non performer and non executor. Non performer should be compulsorily retired and other if found guilty be booked as per service rules. VRS has proved futile in the banking industry. None of the non performer has gone out on VRS. more
