To treat Constipation Food to be avoided: Flours - (Ground Powders) of Wheat, Maida, Rice, Moong Dal Powders , Tea, Jack Fruit, Date Fruit, Paapad, Most of the crispy fried items. If Chappati (for instance) can't be avoided, it has to be soaked in liquid dal and eaten. for every bite of Chapaati, one byte of vegetable should be eaten alternatively . Try to take Trifala or Trifaladi powder after dinner or/and also early morning so a stream of clearing of stool is seen. Do for few days and than stop for a week. Again take once or twice in a week. In few months your system will be a kind of habituated and may get some relief. In morning do some stomach exercises and sit on mat to correct GI system. It worked fine to my problem. more
