Not only this, the very same system can be utilized for gauging the response / assessing the effectiveness of any program. more

I agree 100%. They are trying 11 constituencies in Delhi and NCR for the pilot. I think they have 500 citizens each since program was started last week. I should also join my Noida constituency. I remember one of the emails saying that the MP would be invited to join once there are 1000 citizens in a circle. more
