Constitution Adopted to make Country Healthy

We need our constitution to be rewritten. After almost 400+ amendments by the congress the constitution is anything but what it was when written at independence. Not it is the most unconstitutional document which no one respects. With changing times India needs a new constitution urgently. more  

It needs a total change in the Congress and its allied parties to forget the castes and religions and convert into Uniformity opting Uniform Civil Code of article 44 for implementation that had been set aside even though the apex court directed the then Congress Central Government setting out the ills carried and cases increasingly becoming with illegitimate options just to avoid the cases under bigamy which were mostly utilized for double benefits from out this original and , the converted Religion [ 1991 ] ; And , the Castes that had been betraying the very purpose and provision of Reservations to those socially and economically backward classes where the Congress Central Government did not accept to avoid those already stand above the level thought . In 1993 , The Congress set aside the concept of addressing the poor and poorest of the poor through applying the suggestion of the Supreme Court eliminating those already well of in both social and economical status when compared . THESE 2 ISSUES IDENTIFIED AND DIRECTED BY THE SUPREME COURT IN 1991 AND 1993 itself are even now to be honoured , accepted and supported by the Congress and their allies please . Till then , we cannot have either equality or uniformity objected by the constitution . This is why , either President of India or the apex Court have to take the first step and the a Marshall shall continue the subsequent step please . more  

We need Healthy Functioning in our country by all means at any cost leaving all religious or any other little or big issues pertaining to any prior Histories of setbacks. more  

1. The right of Earning , livelyhood with both Business and Profession set for all , only befitted those in Towns 7 Cities rather than villages due to the concentration of business and the lively hood facilities provided by the Governments . Those of the villages too Economically befitted with the cultivation and Farming wherever land is fertile and water facilities exist within or through government source . 2. The neglect of governments in setting the transportation facilities and , arrangement of marketing through State Trading Corporations made wealthy only in Towns and Cities . Naturally , the lively hood facilities like Educational institutions and hospitals , Entertainment opportunities etc., also concentrated only at Towns and Cities . 3. The Rural areas naturally left dependent on only Agriculture and Cattle Farms and articulture etc., professions in Carpentry , Fabrication etc., even with wealth making by a considerable population while these also had to hail out to towns and Cities just for Education and Earning opportunities in marketing field etc., The maximum population being Poor and Poorest since the Country was ruled by the invaders over a long period stealing away the Wealth of many forms ; naturally have been striving for surviving themselves TO EAT TO LIVE which was increased to its alarming level by 90s and many were allowed to hail over to Foreign Countries as Casual and Construction labour ; unskilled labour with different professional efficiency ; and also as Skilled and semi Skilled to Gulf like countries while the Educated and Wealthy opted to USA ; RUSSIA Etc., with the Modified and Relaxed Global friendship by the then well learned P.M. 4. The Relaxed Global Finance and Investment Policy and Marketing opportunities set for Foreign Businessmen in this Country by the same Government in 90s only could make India Stand and feel relaxed from the serious paucity and poverty . 5. But , the diverted Political Democracy of India through the set Castecism & continuence of Religious conversion in the Country at political power thirst , ENCASHED THIS OPPORTUNITY OF EASY BUSINESSING with guaranteed profits , had been diluted to a maximum extent converting the candidature in every Sector to opt thoughtful agency in businessing , deceit and increased the corruption and is why the whole public administration in India Side tracked even diversifying the Objective , Concept and ethics set in the very Constitution . 6. The neglect of applying [ A ] Regulations to Political Candidature to eliminate those from Corrupt and Criminal nature [ B ] Equal authority and status to part IV from and after the completion of first 10 years with part III which only the objective for any Country for a thoughtful/thought-fit Rule [ C ] Absolute authority on the Constitution as the Judiciary specifying the Supreme Court as making responsible [ D ] Stipulating the President to refer the matters of States for justification by the Supreme Court to make the rights of States Constitutionally justified wherever the Equality / Equal Opportunity of Citizen are connected and concern LEAD THE POLITICALLY OPTED RULE MAKING THE CITIZEN STRIVE FOR RESERVATIONS ; ==== ; LEAD THE GOVERNMENTS SILENT EVEN ON THE ROBBERY OF PUBLIC SAVINGS AND FINANCES AND SMUGGLING OF NATURAL RESOURCES BESIDES THE MISUSE & MISAPPROPRIATION OF NATIONAL INCOME WHICH MADE THE REAL AND ACUTELY LEGIBLE POOR TO WAIT FOR THEIR TURN EVEN TO THEIR SECOND GENERATION . This is why , either a Marshall law or , the Military Rule for over a period of 6 years is only the remedy to set right the planted ills in the very bodies of governing , making , and , marketing DURING THE PARTICULARLY PREVIOUS 2 DECADES OF RULE BY THE CONGRESS AND THEIR ALLIES WITH DIFFERENT NAMES . more
