Hello ! Gopinath Sarangi , Sir , I have 3 resourceful points to bring to surface in the context of your resource on Constitutional Rights with surface tension on the fast thinning family value /system/ units in India of today & tomorrow . POINT ONE :---- Our FM , H.E. Arun Jaitely , has already gone on record saying that the " SIR NAMES " in front of the Families will be dissolved sooner than later for these are not necessary anymore to denote irrational blood connectivity aspects or a particular brand of family tree of private relationships called match-makings for which there is no provision within a Constitutional Democracy . POINT TWO :--- In Indian middle class families , parents and off-springs are at war with mutual opposition to each other ,thanks to the Constitution of India which has promoted constitutional practical individualism spread amongst middle classes deep-rooted these days than yester- years . The off-springs are so radical on " no matter come what may " basis that the parents are left and deserted to facing destitution at the fag end of their life without any other value to command . Also , there are radical parents emerging from among these middle classes who are questioning the off-springs directly as to why they should take birth or self-born on their own to them in the first place without demand from parents at all ? Again my thanks to the Constitution of India which has promoted constitutional dare-devils , no matter Constitution (India ) has indented or not for supply of certain number of incremental production from each and every family-forming alliances which implies unwelcome demand and unwelcome supply of population these days . POINT THREE :--- The President of India adorned as only Head of the Constitutional Democracy , according to me , should maintain , like an advocate of Law who book-keeps a date-wise Notary Record Register of Notarization sequence of approaching Clients systematically , a Constitutional Diary Register showing the grant of exercise of Fundamental Rights Liberties to the approaching Family Units who are otherwise enjoying Family Liberties under the private protection of Family Tree Umbrellas without an iota of education or micro-consciousness of the Constitution of India much needed in a Constitutional Democratic set-up like India . more  

Sri Gurinder Rana , the Supreme Court directed for implementation of Uniform Civil Code in 1991 and again in 2016 . If all the Political Parties agree for common Civic laws , our aim of eliminating Castecism will take its place except the issue of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes since that is such an issue which all the governing Bodies of the Constitution also sit alongwith the political Parties to conclude once for all please . more  

Family politics is old school. People must understand that change can only occur when the status quo is removed and removal of the status quo can be accomplished only when a new political party is brought to life to represent the people. A new party can only be created by the people. Aam Admi Party was such a creation, but it has not achieved its potential thus far. RSS is Sangh Parivar and Congress is Gandhi Parivar, and SP is Yadav Parivar, etc. India must break away from the shackles of these parivars in order to influence Change for India. We need a party of the people that will represent their interests and give the people what is most valuable to them. Republicans and democrats in the USA are families of ideologies. People choose the ideological platform that best represents their needs in their lives. The people vote, but the electoral college chooses the President. The electoral college represents the voters choice supposedly. There is no third party to challenge the two major parties. If there was such a third party created and approved in the US then, the political landscape would Change. Independents would have a chance to succeed. Change is paramount for continued improvement. more  

In its first course , to secure majority to the Congress Party Gandhi-Nehru Family had to be placed for Rule . But , the history of independent India and the Political Option of Castes for befitting Guaranteed Livelihood through Reservations ; and the issue of Religion with benefits if converted , LEAD TO OPTIONS AT CASTES & COMMUNITIES AT LARGE . This is evident if we observe the methods adopted by the Parties . Congress set into I ; J ; S; Urs ; NCP ; TMC ; YCP etc., Janata Party to JP ; JD ; BJD ; RJD ; etc., Lokdal party to LD ; RLD ; SP ; BSP ; etc., Anna DMK party to DMK ; AIADMK ; etc., Communist party to CPI ; CPM ; CPIML ; etc., with their allied Federations . This is absolutely evident that the Political Parties in India were increased only at the interest of Power Securing as a whole in majority allover the States will allies as well as choosing the Community Majority and Strength to win the Elections . This Practice is set to Debate in the Election Commission of India under the Supervision of the apex Court , there could be a set Solution at the real interest of general public . Political Rule in Indian Union in many States had been set at Caste preference or , the Community Preference . This type naturally requires the well noted or noteworthy or Strengthy Personality of that Caste or Community to Score result in Elections and resultantly had to be dragged to Family lead for risk reduction as well as achieving the anticipated Benefits as is evident with the 2013 Police reports that Indian Legislatures comprise above 30% those having Criminal Conduct and Carry . THUS , THE ISSUE OF HOLY POLITICAL DEMOCRACY ANTICIPATED BY THE THEN FREEDOM FIGHTERS OF INDEPENDENT RULE HAD BEEN CORNERED AT POLITICAL INTERESTS USING THE ONLY WEAPONS OF [ ONE The Caste Based Reservations and Subsidies SECOND the Community Based Categorization like S.C. ; S.T. ; B.C. ; O.B.C. ; etc., ] while neglecting the legal application carrying Benefits and Liberties under both the Religious without confining whether the Conversion is at belief and follow of new Religion OR SIMPLY FOR A DOUBLE CARRY OF LIBERTIES , RIGHTS AS WELL AS GOVERNMENT PROVISIONS UNDER CITIZENSHIP . Therefore , there is absolute necessity of enforcing Equality before law , Equal Protection of law and Restriction of benefits of BOTH RELIGIOUS SIMULTANEOUSLY IN LIFE LEAD besides addressing the Reservations and Subsidies only on Economy base identifying Economic Creamy Layer as Suggested by the Supreme Court of India in 1993 read with 1991 that clarified Fake and Fictitious Conversions to escape from Bigamy . more
