2.Over Heads including transit cost, commission etc.
3.GST/CGST cost.
4.Final Sale cost.(including all taxes) not exceeding.
5.Date of production and best before date/expiry date.
6. Declaration that the product does not contain any chemical incurious to human consumption.
These must be printed in a different background color (eyecatching)
If this is not followed by manufacturer he should be liable to be punished with a fine of 10,000/- with 5 years RI impresentment. more

3 of the 6 (3,4,5) suggestions are already being followed and printed . Point 6 is partially followed . The label mentions the ingredients , colours , additives, preservatives .That should suffice . Because there will be 100's of individuals allergic to 100s of different chemicals , colours . It isn't possible put all tha on the print . A patient and the prescribing doctor should know what the irritants and allergens . When the label contains the ingredient the patient can avoid it . It is absolutely necessary that we as consumers must know some way the margins of retailers , wholesalers , C&F Agents for various traders. This cant be put in the albel . Then we have to put the label under the Microscope to know the contents , leave alone the Magnifying glasses. MAY BE SOME ONE IN THE CIRCLE WHO IS DEALING WITH ALL THIS CAN INFORM US ON THE MARK UP PRICE , MARGINS AT EACH STAGE OF DISTRIBUTION . aLL THIS SHOULD BE AVAILABLE IN THE NET PROBABLY ? more
