why judges dont come in time in courts . They come at 11 and most of the time no quorum so give date . Total harassment to consumers who has no resources to use battery of lawyers. There is a whisper that builders pays to the forum so that cases are not decided more

I draw your attention that High court and Supreme Court judges always sit in court sin time but the subprdinalte judges thinks themselves above my lords. more

I have already commented on the subject earlier. Only course of action, by which some improvements can be expected is to amend the constitution, creating a responsible body to control the judiciary with people from all fields and not from the judiciary. more

Why not change the Constitution.... simple... perid.... You want to declare Emergency.... done that... been there before.... corruption and "muscle power" only increased..... in in any case when you are not the "masters" of your country..... why should you expect.... ANYTHING..... and why will those who control and benefit give you.... ANYTHING... think about this.... they hold all the jokers and aces..... and you are not even given "playing hand"..... more

Change the Constitution and let the people take back ownership of their nation from the elected and appointed officials (aka.. politicians and babus)..... spend your energy and effort here.... start TAKE BACK CONSTITUTION groups and spread the word..... you may get better results here.... The Constitution in not a "sacred cow" that cannot be rewritten.... in 1952, whrn it was written, there were no computers, sattelites, astronauts regularly travelling to and from Space Stations, Internet and global communications and computers n the palm of your hand, heart bypasses, nuclear power, TV and indian automobiles (Ambassador, Fiat, etc..) came to India much later..... so while the world, and India, have moved ahead.... we still cling to an evergrowing Constitution that is now 500 pages long... which no one understands..... thanks to the above politicians and babus.... you need major "surgery" here... not a "band aid" as is being proposed/discussed... you and Indis can do better... much much better..... don't you think...???? more
