Consumer experiences with Delhi NCR builders

I am helping my brother who is based out of Singapore with some flat investments in India. Can people please share reviews of some of the builders operating in NCR like DLF, JP, Unitech, 3C, AtS, ireo, prateek, Omaxe, Eldeco etc. more

Omaxe pls avoid. Have had a really bad experience with them. Poor deliverability , creative accounting to avoid paying you under the penalty clause and bad end product. more

Prefer ready to move in compared to under construction. there could be endless delays in under construction projects. even if you go for construction linked plan. I have a very bad experience with Logix Infratech who had sold the project with time line of 18 months and it is almost 3 years and only structure is ready. more

Opt for a top builder like DLF on a Construction linked plan & keep your fingers crossed. more
