Is there also a way that all district consumer forums and consumer courts can be integrated into this circle. If atleast one representative could be brought in from each one of these entities, it could bring in a sea change in consumer guidance and proceeding to address issues.

First of all, banks and PSU/Govt Departments are to accountable to the communications of the general people or customer, specially complaints. This mandate should make a lot in terms of the responsibility to services. more

I too do not have any faith in any Govt authorities. The Corruption has corroded every limb of the Government. more

10 days back I had flagged in local circle consumer circle that license of Axis Bank should be cancelled and operations seized given all the laundering their branches are doing. Just today their sector 51 noida branch has been caught with 20 fake accounts with over 60 crores deposited in that acct. Till the Govt takes strong action against bank ceos this will continue and demonetisation will be a dud. All Noida wallahs should move away from this bank to protect themselves from fraud. more
