Consumer Ministry - Change Packaging
I have observed that many items are packed very inefficiently i.e. 10 mint tablets in a plastic container where container cost is Rs 5-6.
Consumer buys many containers and the plastic container goes waste. Easily a box with 100 tablets can be created and be 50% of the price.
So consumer ministry should have a rule packaged product packaging cost should not be more than 20% of cost of product.
That way consumers saves and there is less waste. more
