In one case a seller selling through amazon charged much more than the MRP shown on the book; it looked as though it was a used book. I returned the book 11 Jan and I am yet to get the refund. more
Service charges are nothing but a way to increase the profit by more then 10%. If customer wants to pay tips to staff it shall go directly to staff ,not to finance the business. I also have to argue at Pizahut, they want to pass it as govt duty. more
Public feedbacks are certainly a positive step that the current BJP Govt has brought in. But please remember that "Kon Baneka Crorpati" cannot be won by answering questions from public feedbacks. Govt should have its own policy framework and the feedbacks should only be considered as the public feelings. Assuming that a 10% service charge is accepted and introduced what actually does it mean to the public. Do the Govt is going to define the services to be provided against which the restaurants can levy the service charge? Do the employer limit the salary of the service providers in the restaurants on the service charges collected only? I am bit confused what actually the agenda is? Thanks more
The beaucracy mindset have not changed If proscribe laws and regulation is there how can the Bapus behave in this matter. Indian disciplinary Code relating to Bapoos conduct need to be revised and made public as we have in UK more
