consumer rights

our constitution has given us right of freedom and our
choice.even same genders can marry each other. then why high courts are against our on line purchasing and favouring manufacturers and distributors.
pharmacists may have put a question mark that , medicines are given on prescription only . but its not true. 50% medicines for cold, fever , pain are sold without prescription.
on line purchasing is a part of on line trading which is approved by govt. share market is also on line trading.
then why a consumer cant purchase medicines on line by showing doctors prescription.
lobby will collapse soon ,if consumers go on social media and expose pharmacists for taking 50% commission.
when govt can device new ways to give cheaper potatos, tomatoes, petrol, onions, pulses etc.to voters / public, then why we cant ask for cheaper medicines.
corrupt pharmacists, pharma companies.should be exposed by road demostrations.
what our govt is doing for it.
why we vote them.
to give more commision to medical stores and send money to foreign countries ( by MNCs) more

ONLINE SALE OF MEDICINES IS banned by Delhi High Court. more
THE NUMBER OF OBJECTIONS TO ONLINE SALE OF MEDICINES IS CONTROLLED MONITERED AND ORGANISED BY A RICH LOBBY,WHICH CAN INFLUENSNE ANY AUTHORITY.HWEN WE HAVE EVERYTHING AVAILABLE ON SALE ONLINE,WHY NOT MEDICINES?99% INIVIDUALS CAMNNOT DETECT SPURIOUS MEDICINES FROM REAL EVEN WHEN PURCHASED FROM STORES STORES,WHY TO STOP ONLINE SALES?I AM AN OLD MAN OF 79,PARALYSED IN THE LEGS;IF POSSIBLE I WOULD LIKE TO CHALLENGE THE AUTHORITY OF THE HIGH COURTS EVEN TO ENTERTAIN THIS PETITION OF STOPPING ONLINE ALES;IT IS NOT PART OF CONSTITUTIONAL PROCESS.BUT WHAT IS HAPPENNING IS THAT POLITICIANS ARE TOO BUSY FIGHTING POLITICAL BATTLES,WHILE THE SENIOR-LEVEL BABUDOM IS OPENLY SELLING ITS MORALS TO THE HIGHLY RICH LOBBIES.WE MUST ASK FOR THE BRITISH-ERA IAS/IPS SYSTEM TO GO,AND HAVE DIRECT RECRUITMENT AT ALL LEVELS,SELECTING AND REJECTING THOSE UNFIT FOR PUBLIC SERVICE.TODAY WE AE SLAVES OF HESE PRINCES GROOMED AT MUSSOURIE,WITH PAMPOERING FOR THREE YEARS,WITH RICH FOOD AND PRIVILIDGES. more
Why all are blaming the pharmacists ? The companies must have approached the govt. and greased the palms of some people to get online sales of medicines banned. It is the govt. to blame. If the govt. wants to take the credit for everything, then it has to take the discredit also. Some online sales are asking prescription to be uploaded. That's a good move. In that case govt should permit. more
Sir, I remember seeing guinea pigs only in the research Labs . Do they live in the wild in India ? more
Online purchases are not quality and service oriented, and reports of cheating in social media abound. There is nothing wrong in online purchases but the unfair business practices has forced the government and the courts to ban online sale of medicines. Please, wait till the sale online is organised by some regulation and prices really competitive. more
