Consumer Sentiment: How will Govt act

The localcircles reports of the poll we participated in about earnings and spending outlook are insightful. it says 41% or so of those working expect flat to declining earnings. everyone is feeling the squeeze post GST as we have been talking so question is Govt must take fast action to address the situation before it gets out of hand and what is that action.

Also, a big concern I have is after these big ecommerce sales, how much is actually left for the local traders of patna or any other city as far as festival shopping goes. more

Consumer term also applies to tenants. Government of india must fix standard rentals for tenants.there must bw a clear limitation on the rental increase. ( as per govt laws). more
With the impact of demonetization and GST black money generation have reduced drastically as a result slow down in volume of sales this will continue till budget but after that volumes will increase much more because govt is thinking of scrapping individual income tax.people will have enough money to spend. more
There are lot of Misunderstandings, Lack of Understandings, Misconceptions as well as clarity required and concerned groups to be addressed State wise, District wise and Taluka wise or big & Metro Cities Zone wise to get a better understanding. There is general feeling that the businesses have slowed down. Government got kudos from one and all but Small & Medium Businesses had an impact. They are hit badly. Government should reach out to them and sort out Problems. Sector wise such as real estate should be formed and Circulated to create perfect awareness. more
We agree with Gst but when we raise a bill to any government department the payment s are delayed till then our Gst what we pay it is from our pocket will government will give interest for delayed payment or government should work out some solution only after payment received from the purchaser we will be allowed to pay Gst so that seller will be at ease more
It has to be clarified if GST 18%is required to be paid by BUYERS TO THE BUILDER as Maintenance Charges which the Builder is WRONGLY levying on the Buyers. A case in point is Divyansh Flora in Gaur City 2 GR NOIDA WEST. The provision of GST is being misused. more
Many with disinterest on this policy , are not acting promptly with ethics resulting public also adversely comment SO THAT THE BUSINESSMEN GET EXEMPTIONS FROM SOME FORMS AND NORMS . more
