Consumers be fooled by Bosch, for charging for 3 years extended warranty, but commitment are not honored during warranty, Top Load Bosch make Washing machine was purchased on 29 Sep 2015 from EP Electronic Paradise, Pvt. Ltd.,Metro Pillar 572, Janakpuri, New Delhi-58 with 2 years warranty expiring on 29/9/2017. we paid Rs.3979 for 3 years extended warranty expiring 28/9/2020 as Suggested. On complaining no one is attending and mechanic reverted and asked for Rs. 800/- for visit. should The Police not book such cheaters/ Breachers of Trust U/S 420/ 406 of IPC ? Moving Consumer Forum, already over flooded with such complaints, is tedious and time consuming. May be ministry of consumer have rederessal. more

Electronic paradise vikas Marg Laxmi Nagar sells on False promises / information I purchased a Hitachi 2 Ton Air conditioner I was told that During promotional offer Hitachi is offering 1 +1 year warranty But when I claimed from Hitachi I was told its not 1 +1 Year But only 1 Year when I complained to Hitachi in writing I was told that you better contact the seller Electronic paradise vikas Marg Laxmi Nagar & No where in Booklet or on bill OR packaging it was mentioned that its 1 + I Year warranty more

you write a detailed complaint to Bosch with a notice cum warning for the misconduct. Police works only for Money & under influence of Rich People so police in this country is useless more

Float the problem in social media and send the problem to all available address in their site. File a complain in consumer court need to wait for years to listen you. more

dO YOU HAVE THE WARRANTY EXTENSION RECEIPT AND MEMO OF THE SAME MENTIONING IN CLARITY the details of dates . Nothing to panic.First send a notice to the company,service center and selling dealer stating your complaint with a last tag line If not adreessed with in a week then you have no choice but to approach the Consumer Court which is also in Janakpuri Pankha Road Cinema Complex 1st floor. Just file a case under sections 12R ,you do not need a advocate for this . asking for refund of the cost of washing machine plus guarantee ext.charges,plus further compensation call me 9818240070 more

Just check your warranty conditions. In many cases extended warranty is applicable to certain parts, with conditions and service charges are not included in extended warranty. more
