Olive leaves contain Polyphenols. Consuming them regularly can help regulate blood pressure & maintain proper heartbeat-keeping the heart healthy.

Eating Pineapple can be beneficial for the heart as it is low in cholesterol & contains Bromelain enzyme that can help prevent formation of blood clots. more
