It is true, as Posted by Shri Govind Bindiganavale that we have to live with KOVID-19 for quite some time till a medical remedy against the virus is found. However even a slight slackness on part of a single individual can be disastrous for the society. Therefore, it is very essential that every one - without exception is required to fall in line and if and where necessary adequate force must be used to implement rules. There should be zero tolerance for any violation. In respect of movement of labor force acquired from different parts of the country they should have been looked after by the states who were benefited by the work force. However if they were to be allowed to go to their parent State proper co-ordination and arrangements of Rail/bus travel should have been made. Many States made undue haste putting the workers to great misery and avoidable hardship. RYK. more

Until the medicine protocols are finalized and/or vaccine is developed the concern will remain for senior citizen, citizen with co-morbidities, and infants. And therefore caution needs to exercised by the entire population on both social distancing and wearing mask in public places, avoiding gatherings and crowds. Our experience even under lock down has shown umpteen violations. While economic activities must slowly return to normal, the hot spots must be effectively managed, else consequences may be devastating. The state governments and the people have to chose. Better to avoid situations like the second very enlarged peak of Spanish flu. more

All have to realize that we will have to live with Covid 19 for a long time to come. Hope state and UT governments will take correct decisions so that not only lives are saved but also livelihood. Otherwise people will die of hunger and not the virus. A fast resolution of migrants and stranded passengers is required. more
