Containment Zone in GBN

Can anyone clarify if anyone living in containment zone can travel by air or travel after 1 June? more

Dear Sir, This is the third time in two months that Alpha 1 sector in Greater Noida has been declared a red zone/containment zone. The problem appears to be that people are roaming around freely without a) maintaining social distancing (I have experienced this on several occasions myself) and b) not wearing masks. Despite the sector being a contaiment category II zone (as per the recent notification) the Alpha 1 park has been opened up. And as expected, crowding has begun and social distancing has gone to the dogs! My appeal to authorities is that please impose hefty fines on those who violate social distancing norms and don't wear masks in public. Because these people do not CARE about falling sick or making their neighbours fall sick. But they definitely do CARE about losing money. So this is a fervent appeal to all authorities to strictly impose fines on violators. Thank you! more

Dear Sir, Many thanks for the daily updates. Can anyone please confirm if the distance of 500 Meter is arial distance or Road Distance. There seems to be some confusion for making containment zone. If Sunshine Sector 78 is containment zone, are the nearby societies also containment zone. The housing society itself generally covers 500 meters, so what are the official guidelines for this. Your early answer will be appreciated. more

What’s the point of notifying these containment zones and barricading them when except for troubling the residents no one checks movement of veg vendors, ice cream vendors and also bikers and cars driving over the wooden poles after dropping them? No one cares...police and security guards keep sitting and watching...this is the case of Ajnara Sector 137. more
