Govt should bring more accountability from network operators. They should provide 24x7 unintereupted connectivity with proper speed. Still we don't have as per other countries like US, UK, South east asia.
Our all the future activities, developments and improvements will depend upon network connectivity. If connectivity is poor and not upto mark then people will loose the faith and may come back on old systems.
If connectivity improves govt should bring more n more online services, sinle window operations, data/ document redundancy. It is possible only when good network is available
Hence govt should bring accountibility with netwok providers and also should help them with proper infra sturucture
Network will be backbone in developments in future more
