Continuity in Transforming India .....

Shortly to enter the fourth and final year of governing, PM and his BJP would need to do due thinking for continuing governance in the next session. It's more than obvious that Mr Modi is the pivot and the electromotive force to lead his party into the elections.

Dependence on one or two individuals may prove insufficient in the long run. Mr Modi may therefore do well by building around him a team to support him in his good work for the country. Mr Gandhi had done the same. Even Jesus Christ left his ten close associates who spread the message after him. History is witness that it's not easy to fill the vacuum left behind by a leader who's worked singlehandedly. Good leaders have always been those who've delegated responsibilities to the trusted others, for them to carry on the good work as a team.

Human memory is known to be short-lived and vulnerable, especially before the elections. Hard to overlook the gullibility of the people during Brutus's verbal onslaught on Caeser, and how the same public turned colours after hearing what Mark Anthony had to say.....Shakespeare!

In short, the PM would do well by building a trusted team of supporting hard workers around him who think only for the good of the country as Mr Modi himself does. Welfare of the Nation must take precedence for his team !!! more

Local circle team can also play an important role at Ground level . more
Yes absolutely .The priority is to build a new unit of trusted advisers. more
Very true Mr. Ratti . We did see a void immediately after M.G.R.'and Jayalalithaa's demise . Atleast after M.G.R.'s demise Jayalalithaa managed to to come . But after Jayalalaithaa the void seems to be void forever . During Indra Gandhis period there was a coterie with son Sanjay also which came out during Emergency .Post emergency it was different . Yet nine of the congress men think beyond promoting a leader outside the first family. Modiji is a bit cautious of resting responsibility to the leaders from from other states. Though Tamilnadu ahs 2 Ministers Nirmala and Ponn Radhakrishnan both non elected members , the main decisions are from a handful of few . Their elections strategies are far superior to an other party . They annhilated the communists people's leader Manick Sarkar from their bastion Tripura . They still have 14 months , pull out some good strtegies , put curbs on unpopular happenings to appease the people disillusioned. more
Correct assessment of the way the public to be made aware . The present Diplomacy in Rule is such that requisites located and uplifted paving the path for aimed Goal. But, in present circumstances, a Body/Team is to work wholly in support of carrying the benefits of rule to the places to bring in further awareness to be away from Roomers and fictitious creations. more
Building a team to support Mr Modi is most important factor in Transforming India journey that change the lives of citizens. India is in the spotlight globally and domestically. Significant steps have been taken towards social and financial. PM has allotted all the important portfolios to BJP which he monitor and control himself. A good sign for nation building. However NDA partner are given less important portfolios and opposition ruled states are neglected. This will effect during 2019 election. The failure of congress will be gain to regional parties. PM should select his team from all the regions/states irrespective who is ruling and allot important portfolios to regional parties of NDA partner also more
Rightly said Thanks Sarma ji more
team from all the regions/states irrespective who is ruling more
Mr Modi may therefore do well by building around him a team to support him in his good work for the country. more
