Possible solutions that will Never be implemented include: Not burning garbage, preventing farm fires (parali burning), freeing Delhi NCR roads of dust ,keeping all constructions covered, better public transport to decongest the roads and also prevent parali burning in neighbouring states. One another major reason of industries burners,boilers using biomass as fuel. This is not counted by anyone. You can see many chimneys with black smoke when going on highways yet nobody want to mention and pollution department not able to see that. more

Because only by burning crackers on Diwali creates pollution otherwise there is no pollution alll round the year . Just to let down Sanatan - Nothing else more
