I was told last week in the exchange on this site that all the State MRP controllers are in this online community.
Would like to know if we submit a report of some malpractice, between Central and State Government how is the action initiated?

I raised this issue of state officials starting state or city circle. Good to see this getting traction more

We do not know which authority is online in this local circle group. But one thing is 100%true, that the views expressed in this circle are being viewed by persons who have access to decision makers. However. If proof of malpractices are available it is better to share to warn our fellow circle members and if possible the persons close to decision makers. more

Mr. S. K. Virmani has rightly placed the perspective of State Controllers of W&M in place. Yes, none of the State Controllers is in this online community, which they are under obligation to be the ones. I would request the Department of Consumer Affairs, GoI, to direct State Controllers to be officially participants in activities of this online community. Why only the State Controllers be the members of this online community? Why not the entire office of the Secretary, States' Departments of Consumer Affairs be the member? At the same time, this particular Local Circle of which the Department of Consumer Affairs is the leading participant must be made an exclusive forum for discussions on consumer issues only and avoid confusions. Broadly, consumer issues comprise: Consumer Protection, C-Education, and C-Awareness, and govt policies and procedures that affect consumers. And, we should confine our dialogues, debates, enquiries and information to these parameters. Further, I would like to thank Ms Sarika Bansal for raising this very important point. We must involve State Controllers of W&M by addressing them the concern. One can find their contact details by approaching the State Govt official website and locating the State Controllers with their contact details. more
