Conversion of Flat form Lease hold to Freehold
I have an SFS DDA flat. According to the brochure the conversion is effected in 60 days.
I am an original allottee and filled the form on their website, the calculation was done by them and I paid online. they generated the Challan.
Now it is 10 months. Emails go unanswered. Phone calls are impossible.
According to them only 1 affidavit needs to be filed. Never has the DDA bothered about me or the full payment I made.
The email id of the Lt. Governor given on the website bounced back. DDA comes under him.
Can anyone suggest, what I can do , we are senior senior citizens, so that we can avoid several rounds to their office in Vikas Minar, behind INA Market.
The PA of DDA chairman, who did take my call was of no help, he simply gave me another no. which is impossible to get.

Dear Mr.Arora You can issue a legal notice to the DDA Chairman explaining all the details and why legal action should not be initiated against him for failure to adhere to the norms. And also send a copy to Lt Governer. I am sure things will move fast. more

you better file a writ petition in High Court against DDA to get your job done; RTI is not going to help much more

You may please seek the information under RTI Act in the prescribed format attaching IPO of Rs. 10 and your Identity Proof. They are bound to respond to your letter within 30 days. more
