Converting agricultural residue into gas

Yesterday Reliance announced that in the next 5 years they will install 100 CBG or compressed bio gas plants all over India.

Can LC Manager escalate this to the Government and they work with the company to prioritise plants in Punjab which becomes the major source of pollution for Delhi and North India.

friends, I appreciate the efforts made by the central govt of India and especially Hon. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Bhai Modi ji to control not only the pollution problems of Delhi as well as of north India residents but also to provide a great opportunity to earn from the waste of their farmlands to our hardworking great farmers who were deprived of earning since independence no political party has thought or taken care in such a way.
