Welcome action, At Puducherry alsothe director Animal Husbandry is sticking on to the post inspite of the supreme court ruling asking him to be places as Veterinary Assistant Surgeon. The CM [ & Secretary(AH&AW) -not very sure] is holding on to the file.The Director bribes all the authorities to stick on to his post. Unfortunately, the 'Nothing Happens' syndrome (Sri Narendra Sharma's comment) has overtaken us, and hence 'nothing' is actually happening. We have to shed this, and try to do our bit, even a small note/comment in these columns is a help. I would be glad to be able to see the actual complaint. more
