Corrupt culture in railways

The TTE's are the live corrupt mongers in the trains, There are many cases which can be narrated all over in this page , I request the authorities to make a system which will restrict the ticket checkers only for checking tickets, most of the TTE's make handsome money on a daily basis, most of the time i have seen, they sell their own seat at a premium.(In fact every trip in the Train is a new experience for the passengers , many a times its a struggle than a journey.) more

very well said Mishraji i absolutely agree with you... more
The fair system of railway must be very fair, transparent and within the reach of general public. The fair should be so transparent & well known that every citizen can plan its journey. The Premium booking system is not suitable for our country. It should be fixed as it were. Railway may hike it marginally as and when it is badly needed. The cleanliness & quality supply of snacks & meals are the matter of great concern. It is also a bare fact that without the cooperation of passengers, proper cleanliness in trains is not possible. Some of us do not behave like gentle passenger. Though the TTEs are responsible for this corruptions, but it we also help him in doing this. One should know that TTEs are only the face, actually there are long chain of people & officials who support them in some way. We must struggle for the riight of passengers. more
why not make a system where the demand and supply is reciprocate to each other, so that the people dont have to give at any time or any circumstances. more
mr.ajay for ur kind info TTE do corrupt practice when we try to give money for seat. every wrong is initiated by we the people and no one else. more
Railways must make profit but at the same time ensure hygiene. Hygiene has been deteriorating with each passing day. Rats and other rodetns travel regulalry now-a-days. more
