Corrupted PF Officials in Wazirpur Office
My EPF amount of approx. Rs.1,00,000/- has not been submitted by previous employer since last 3 years. Commissioner of PF Office, Wazirpur is well known to this issue. He is just simply issuing different dates to the employer to deposit the amount. But no strict action is not being taken by the PF Commissioner because he is getting his "BREAD" from the employer as and when he required. Due to this, unable to apply for pension. If I apply for pension, my EPF account will be terminated and pension account will be opened whereby the un-deposited amount will remain in the pocket of the employer. Can any body suggest for suitable advise how to get my EPF amount be deposited by previous employer. more

My account no .DL/CPM/0025741/000/0000025, UAN No.180398295511. I have been given verbal commitments of deposit balance PF and since the last 3 years I have been hearing. The last date given by Wazirpur PF office to deposit the PF find of all employee s was 19th March, 2017. But, the company does not bother as nothing to worry from PF officials as all ofnthem are already hired by the company. more

Before getting into legal course of action as a last resort, please try to escalate to higher up as per mechanism in place and mentioned in the website. It is also suggested that you can lodge a complain through MyGov portal where one is assured of getting reply/acknowledgement from an appropriate authourity. Your grievance/complain will be directed to appropriate authourity of your local area with a copy of letter to you. In case, your concern is not addressed by the appropriate authourity in your local area within a stipulated time period, the process allows you to report through same portal. It is worth trying it as it does not involve any financial aspect. Everything has to be done on-line. Since you have waited for so long, you can still wait for a while before considering different course of action. more
