Corruption at Tehsil level
Dear Reader,
The points at which corruption happens are:
1. Survey of individual plots or lay-out.
2. Issue of patta
3. Issue of chitta and adangal
4. When complaints are raised about illegal encroachment or illegal occupation or dispute
5. Issue of community certificates
Money really makes wonders to get the jobs done in all the above matters. Otherwise, one will have to spend more time, more visits and spend considerable expense towards transportation. But, people holding higher ranks in Government or having personal influence with Tahsildar or Collector will not have much of difficulties.
This is a wide subject and readers might have their own horrible experiences on individual issues which they can share.

i am surprised to note that you people had come accross only in Govt sector. Sir pl see and correct that corruption is every where , i can say in Private there is more corruption and looting than any other Govt organisation , I can prove you in every part of world. Sir pl what govt offers no one at any stage and price can deliver , hence from this end corruption starts . I govt banks people go and bang bang .............. to official , manager etc i will do RTI , I will write complain this and that. Sir pl go to Pvt sector upto some level they will listen and after that .......................It is very easy to scold govt organisation for this and that. Ek pyaj ki kimat badti hai to log uchal jate hai, sochho agar govt sector nahi hpga tho aur sab product will become costly tab how far we jump god knows. I had also written in my earlier post that this post is to fight corruption. First start saying no no no to collector , babu bloody any one , see you will vin. But with pain but success is your`s. Pl fight now for your own astitva and then for the area , for the state and ultimate for the country. more

There is open corruption at Tehsil level all over India.Not the small eaters but big crocodile who is the head of the land registry office is paid through his agents like deed writers and advoc.....But there is honesty in the department while sharing this PAP KI KALI KAMAI among all as i know.Every office in Tehsil has one or more YADAV Singh. I think our PM is not aware of this business or may be he does not feel it a corruption. Civil suits goes on for years by taking dates each time and the part of money again is shared from Peshkar to the Majesty/Highness of Tehsil. Mr. Patwari is the idol of corruption as he is breathless without GHOOS (bribe) & to make him alive one has to pay him bribe.I think corruption in Tehsil at all levels is an ancient culture. more

Put the responsibility on Collector & Babus to clear all application within time limit. Display and publish the reasons of pending applications along with remedy or rectification required. Also publish number of applications passed without that document or affidavit or what ever it may be. more

i do not know ,how and why there is so much corruption at all govt. level,well educated officer`s are forcing or deliberately neglecting ????,they should be held responsible instead of sub ordinates there more
