Corruption Complaints received mus be made public
I have just read that CM MP is not interested in sharing the corruption complaints received by the public complaint box even under RTI.
Can the experts in this circle please work together with Govt to institute something where all CMs must start a complaint section on their website where all complaints received by their office in a predefined format are uploaded.
I think it will increase accountability for both the one who the complaint is against as well as the complainant.
What needs to be done to make this happen? more

I have tried in many offices and business establishments to register complaints.99.9% of them are not having complaint book or register as per the official specifications. They have either a simple note book or register without any serial number. That means a page can be removed easily. Later I tried to give feedback or complaint through customer care in web site. Here again most of them are non functional. if they are working the executives in customer care do not have facility to register a complaint or note feedback. Generally complaints and feed back help to improve the products and service. But unfortunately we do not welcome them and acknowledge them. more

Leave aside to make it Public, first and foremost let the Complaint must get registered. In a given case the very complaint is NOT got registered even after several years BUT the very complaint along with the vital valid documentary proof was handed over to the RTO Dept. against whom (5 Official ) the complaint was made. Same is the case of Insurance Company and Co-op. Bank personnel's, for scam of Rs 53.98 Cros (Factually exceeding Rs. 100 Crs.) The Supreme Court mandated to register FIR in Proma-facia cognizable Offence, BUT the ground reality as mentioned above. The Culprits are Scot free dear to threaten that No body can touch them or do any thing. Any Solution??????? more

Practically and factually there is NO MECHANISM to the effect, till date. Complainants are at the Mersey of concerned Dept. which make special efforts not to get lodged the very complaint. Other alternative is Judiciary wherein the Time, Money and efforts of years together to be wasted for years together (Even decades together) to get the Justice. Good example is the Fodder scheme more

I have written about the grievances to PM and CM UP twice, but to my great dismay no heed is paid by any one. Now there is no way except to keep mum and watch. more

Complaint section will not help. You must have a law to punish errant officer. If officer does a wrong thing when you refuse bribe, there is no punishment to him. So we fall in line & pay. Chalta hai, Chalne do more
