Corruption Flourishing from nexus between Builders, Registrars and RWA in Haryana
Corruption is flourishing from the nexus between Builders, Registrars and RWAs in Haryana. Extortion of hefty amount from Residents has become very common practice and still not provided the committed services/amenities. It is high time for Govt of Haryana to pitch in and take over all management/financial activities of residential societies in state. RWAs have become a place of corruption and have lost their relevance.
Residents are at the mercy of this cartel after doling out hefty amounts. The pain is real needs to be alleviated.

Corruption in police,municipal corporation as well as the mentoring politicians is leading to mafia like situations in the housing societies.It is nothing short of anarchy.Problem in Indian democracy is reflected in the RWAs and housing societies.Citizens have no where to go.Even DHBVN is mismanaged and operates in an adhoc manner.GOD SAVE THE CITIZENS! more

Govt. of Haryana is planning to introduce a reform by enacting a law through a private bill in vidhan sabha this mansoon session in this regard. Draft bill is not available to me till date, waiting for a copy. If anyone has, please share. more

I don't think asking the govt to take over is the solution. We need to ensure that the RWA is honest and the books are publicly audited. more
