Corruption in Corporates - Need Everyone's Inputs
Indian corporates and several MNCs also have various types of corruption. As I had said in a previous note, this is the best time to clean up corporate corruption when everyone in the Govt is scared of taking bribes.
Can I please ask every member who has worked or interacted with corporates in India to share how bribery happens in corporates of India. (You are welcome to share names of companies. If you are not comfortable doing that for whatever reason, share the process atleast.
Since everyone in this circle has the courage to stand up against corruption, I hope I will get lots of inputs. more

Every one knownâs India Government is run by corporate. This is our bad luck we are the part of this corrupted system. In India (my personal feeling) Govt. is only the face of democracy but actually it is run by corporate dictator. (It should be called the notorious ruler). corporate is a big area of corruption (incl. of School mafia, Big corporate, traderâs) whose aim is to make a money with illegal ways. Are you know the fluctuation of market ratio is going zenith but the situation of employee in the corporate is very bad. Only few member of corporate is getting high salaries and perk and rest of them, every employee is suffering and feel the slave. There is no the right of employee to raise the question. There is no value of right to information act in corporate. 1) Employee can get less amount as he actual sign in voucher. 2) No criteria to given the salaries, some company canât be submitted the P.F. contribution fund to P.F. office. 3) Some company can give less salaries to employee against minimum salaries declare by government. Rest will share you after getting the postive reply. more

As you have asked Indian Corporate sector you can consider the Govt Hotels like Ashoka in Chanakyakpuri All work related tenders are awarded to their internal employees. As their employee have registered company by another name. I have seen one person working with NDMC in same area is getting all electrical work contract of any amount last 10 Years at his own price . No outside party is allowed or they reject without any reason . e.g You can check the DG operation or substation operation contract history for last 10 Years more
