1. Lack of long term planning
2. Defence sector has not been restructured in recent years

Check actual functioning and paper & pen functioning of ASC. This is the root or primary level of corruption. If you have one rotten apple in a basket, the rest will soon rot. more

The fountainhead of the corruption are politicians who need large amounts to run their Party administrations. The bureaucrats and the services get sucked into it to please their bosses. The middleman's role is that of a facilitator. No vendor actually wants to give bribes unless it is asked for. It takes two to tango. more

When Defence agreements or anything is under process, do not allow people who will cause damage to this deal and take money out of it in the name of money laundering and corruption and commission and anything. Have people who will work this deal better compared to the existing ones and document the names who were involved in it. If anyone who is named in the document document does the fraud , attach his/her assets plus also his salary details and devoid that person of his wealth and also, cancel his citizenship both abroad and inside India. People while make making damages to a defence deal don't understand moral code of conduct to be followed. So, do this. more
