Corruption in Districts
There is corruption at every door every table at Dist level
When u r born or even otherwise when u need Registration of birth, u have to pay
Even when u die, your relatives have to pay for Death certificate ,will have to pay
Even when Post mortem is needed you can't be spared
If you need a Marriage Registration ,pay
If you buy a propert & need Registration ,pay
You buy a vehicle 2 or 4 wheeler pay for its Registration
If you need a driving licence pay
If you want renewal of your Driving Licence ,pay
Need a police clearance ,pay
Go to court to get copy if any document ,pay
You need a date of case in a court ,may have to pay
Want to do any business however small it may be ,pay
Want approval of your building plan ,pay
.......,....there is no end
We need thousands of Modis more

There is no CVO or any vigilance officer monitoring this site. This is of no use to discuss. No law enforcement authority. Better to login at www.cvc.nic.in and submit your complaints. This may help to curb corruption. more

You are discouraging people from discussing issues. It appears that you have no experience of CVC. Go to the site yourself and lodge a complaint and see what action they take.
My experience tells that it is a paper tiger, have no intentions to bite and don't have teeth to do so.

Why shouldn't be one food law for the entire country ? Don we want to treat population of different states separately for food safety related aspects ? We are becoming a victim of taking shelter by saying state subject. Is the population of say Delhi is more important for the country than that of Tamil Nadu ? We need to come out of this mind set that different food law should be advocated for different states. In fact there should a separate law without any choice t any one for the betterment of countrymen for issues like food safety, health considerations, agricultural produce pricing, etc. more

any thing paid more than fees of registration & for which U get receipt should not be taken as corruption. a survey expressed on T V show that large number of people PAY BRIBE BECAUSE THEY SAY THEY DO NOT HAVE TIME I THINK WE ARE PARTIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR INCREASING CORRUPTION THIS WAY the survey reports as 40% people act that way more

Every body has to take a pledge that they will not pay bribe and patiently wait for getting their needs solved. Officials are to be mandated for according time bound sanction/ clearance. There should be a guidance cell to assist the public to submit applications/ requests in proper shape. more

It seems impossible to eradicate this cancer of corruption from our lives........one way is to REGULARIZE IT.....for any job to be got done by any Govt Deptt.....there should be a Govt.fee,as at present.....plus...another fee,on a percatage basis.....that goes to the particular functionary who directly does the job......advantages...we would know how much of extra money we have to pay...in lieu of the " ghoos ".......(2) the employees extra income is ACCOUNTED.....and he/ she will pay tax on it (3) As the extra fee is to be earned ......the more work done...the more you get paid....like piece- work rates in the Engineering industry ,the employee concerned will be anxious to do more work,more efficiently.(4)...a win -win situation for all three parties....the Govt,the Public and the Govt employees ......... more
