Coming to central excise and customs, more educated youth should be employed. Interpreting various clauses in the act requires sufficient depth.
We should consider Excise duty as regulator of monopolistic, large scale, and special material sector.
Coming to customs, the department should not penalize scientists from bringing sophisticated equipment of reasonable value. If that equipment can bring about national wealth of larger magnitude, this should be considered. The department should assist innovative nature of entrepreneurs.

The rules are anti-alcohol production, and this is because companies flout the rules by making it available for drinking rather than using as a fuel. We should strictly see that alcohol production is increased and prohibition of its illegal transportation. more

Replace all the stupid, corrupt excise staff with computers which will at least not ask for a bribe to do its job. Jail the corrupt and send them to work without pay in coal mines and confiscate all their assets. more
