Do we have any law that punishes govt. servant? If yes, then they also take bribe and don't take action. more

Eradication of corruption is the only way. Government should strengthen vigilance wing in all departments and public grievance system. more

i agree with Mr. surendra kapoor. but one thing, big business group with their association, fix the rate of bribe with ministers & officers & they pay & they will get benefit. with this small business or small scale industry people are forced to pay or otherwise notices. more

Old age pension,medical facilities etc. to be linked for the tax payers in a slab manners depending upon the taxes paid.There should be an on line transaction for the payment of taxes.People will come voluntarily to pay the taxes and Inspector Raj/harassement Raj will come to an end.Make Capital punishment or life imprisonment for the bribe takers and seekers. more

It is peculiar, that even when you have followed the law and all the documents are on your side, still the law does not stand by you. All members of the department can be forced by internal authorities to trouble you. The government, the concerned ministries do not provide supportive action, unless you really become stubborn and are ready to fight. I have been advised to pay 35 lakhs, only then the merit will be applied, and the merit is in my favor, agreed by the excise commissioner. The matter has gone up-to the finance minister, the petroleum minister, the commerce minister, the law minister and to the honorable PRIME MINISTER. I had sought an appointment with the PM's office, has not been granted. The OIL companies who have issued the project authority certificates and have enjoyed the benefits are mere spectators, are unable to face the government on written government policy. It has gone up-to the SUPREME COURT. Incidentally, the last chief justice was the officiating judge too. Currently the matter is again in the High Court. I can only request the God to bless me and save. For all jobs, THE PROJECT AUTHORITY CERTIFICATES in original,issued by the competent authorities as provided in the policy are with me. The benefit has been enjoyed by the PAC issuing companies. I am struggling and have spent Rs 15 lakhs in fighting the issues, besides my business time of several years. God help the Indignation program of the Government of India. We took pride in import substitution. Today at the fake end of my life I am suffering and the Government is laughing. Thank you. more
