Corruption in Govt Deptt., Manipulation in attendance regarding
In all govt offices people either don't come in time or come after 2/3 hours . The reason will be visited to some place on official visit. Some times the friends will sign for him and regularise the attendance. In some departments it is regularise officiall with Boss knowledge.
In dept , if person is well knowledgable and experience in shares trading, He will do it for himself and other friends, his boss. His attendance is regularised. Boss gets his personal work done by some member. gets tution for his children from known people
Go to BMC office, MTNL office people don't come before 11 o'clock and they will have 30-40 min tea and breakfast. There is nobody to answer on phone till 11 am
But presence will be for entire day.
In western contries , people don't have specic role assigned, all employee can perform all the activities and hence they provide window and people get the activities done. Hence all the employee have to be present on window and work is accounted
Recently I visited to RTO office. There were nine windows with specific role. Some of the windows were open but no attendant. One window is very busy and huge line . People have to be queue for hours. Other window people were enjoying and no accountibilty more
