Corruption in Govt Postings/Transfers: Addl Inputs Sought
TO STOP CORRUPTION FOLLOWING PLAN OF ACTION IS PROPOSED PLEASE GET IT IMPLEMENTED:
1. All government employees to declare name address PAN details aadhaar No of all close relatives list is as under :
self , wife , mother father of self and wife real brother sister of self and wife and also all children if married mother father brother sister of spouse
2. all assets movable and immovable of all above relatives to be furnished in a return form to the Government every year along with the source of funds income with full justification.
3. There should be a separate Dept OR a committee of eminent persons of society to monitor the assets of all those connected with the Government employees through ADHAAR PAN and other means and tools.
4. Any body who is unable to properly justify the source of income and if there is disproportionate increase in value of assets it should be confiscated.
5. If any Govt employees pays funds money for purchase of assets and same is detected during investigation scrutiny raid etc all such assets should be confiscated forthwith and there should be no scope for any appeal to court more

I feel the suggestions as mentioned in the post is not practicable and may not be ethical. Why should any of the relative would share their personal details like PAN, aadhar etc specially of the spouse relatives. Now a days the family relations within the family are not even smooth and we are talking about sharing of details like wealth, PAN, Aadhar alike. How do you prevent privacy and protection of personal details and the disclosure of these details may give rise to another corrupt industry. Lets think out of box. When the politicians and even law agencies, media are corrupt and no systematic approach to address such corrupt issues are being thought seriously as no one is interested. All the four constitutional agencies/stakeholders are interested to the prevailing of the corruption. The ciitizens themselves have to dedicate themselves of saying "No" to the corruption. more

There are hundreds ways to collect bribe money. In every State, a big business of transfers is running. The employees keep on camping in State H.Qs. to get the posting of his/her choice by offering all sorts of bribes including sexual favours. In many departments, touts handle this job for the safety of officials. If proper rules are framed and implemented without if and whats, this menace can be controlled. Enacting harsh anti corruption laws with quick conviction within 6 months will have cascading effect on minimizing corruption in every institution. Both the parties (giver & taker of bribe) should be tried under the new anti corruption laws. more
