1. Bribes are taken from the candidates for his recruitment in many departments
2. Bribes are offered in form of cash, gold etc.
3. Candidates are asked to give money to some trust which the officers handle
4. They are asked to donate to some dubious NGO/Institution
5. In some cases of senior recruitments, candidates are asked to buy gifts from abroad
6. Brokers facilitate the recruitment of grade IV employees by taking money in lakhs
7. Brokers pass on a part of the money to the senior officials who are supposed to finalise the recruitment
8. Exam papers of recruitment exams are leaked to certain individuals in exchange for big money
9. There is lots of corruption in police recruiting. more  

There is no use of comments to show that India is improving. Government officials have no accountability and it will not come until and unless higher officials are strict and follow the rules and regulation. Look at the big cities there are encroachments and traffic rules are violated. more

Candidates are asked to give money to some trust which the officers handle If payment is in cheque, it is easy to prove it is bribe. 4. They are asked to donate to some dubious NGO/Institution All Trusts/NGOs/Institutions need audit. After demonetizing audit will be more proper. 5. In some cases of senior recruitments, candidates are asked to buy gifts from abroad Demonetize first then we can think of solving foreign gift problems. 6. Brokers facilitate the recruitment of grade IV employees by taking money in lakhs Lakhs are in cash isn't it? Not cheques of course. Demonetize. 7. Brokers pass on a part of the money to the senior officials who are supposed to finalise the recruitment In cash isn't it? Not cheques of course. Demonetize. 8. A major corruption is not direct money transfer but insider influence in recruiting, for which the return of gratitude may be later or done earlier. At senior levels such is the modus operandi for appointments. more
