corruption in gst refund
there is widespread corruption in refund of gst claims to registered assesses.since the system requires manual intervention the officials make use of this to exploit assesses.the system has to be completely digitised by the gst department.my experience stems from what is happening in tamiladu/chennai.i have written a detailed note to the pmo as well as the gst commissioner. more

To avoid and to control the same chartered accountants certificate should be obtained for getting refunds and based on that refunds to be made without any other scrutiny. more

Govt always opens a door for back entry. Most of the rules passed in India having a back entry option open to corrupt people. more

The corruption can be curbed if and only if we are dedicate ourselves to say "NO" to bribe else what all we have been saying is like staying in fools paradise. We ourselves are bribing the corrupt and then dream about finishing the corrupt practices. more

Corruption has gone deep into the blood of the officials and it will take time to come within control. Please note politics is the main root of all corrupt practices. more
